Cascade Spa Attracts Nationally Recognized Beauty & Wellness Speakers

Meet the Professionals at Cascade Spa in October

The newly renovated Cascade Spa at Mill Falls will be holding several events throughout the month of October for their “Meet the Professionals” series. The public is invited to attend these unique events on October 1st, 8th and 30th.

At each special gathering, guests can meet experts in the health, wellness, and beauty industry, enjoy networking with spa professionals from around the country, learn about new lines and brands, and experience product sampling and discounts.

Martha Zyla, Director of Cascade Spa, said she often launches new product lines by hosting an event to educate her guests and showcase the products and treatments. “I have found that meeting the owners and corporate managers behind a spa brand allows our guests to feel connected and have a positive feeling towards the brand and its integrity,” she said.

Of the featured professionals who will be at Cascade Spa in October, Zyla said, “They have been in the spa industry for years and are so knowledgeable and passionate about spa and wellness, as am I.”

On Wednesday, October 1st from 4 – 7 pm, Zyla will be introducing BABOR, a German Luxury Skin and Body Care Line. Brian Bechtel from BABOR will be on hand with the Cascade Spa team to offer mini spa treatments, skin analysis, facial cleansing, and fluid applications. Tickets for the event are $20 per person, and the full price of each ticket will be credited back towards any BABOR retail purchase at the event.

The second evening in the “Meet the Professionals” series will take place on October 8th from 5 – 7:30 pm. The event, titled, The Holistic Shift: A Night of Women’s Wellness, will feature Ellie Whalen, Katie Hess, and Lisa Reinhardt. These women with diverse backgrounds will share their deep well of experience in embracing a holistic lifestyle. They provide real-life examples of physical, mental, and spiritual transformations that are available with the right tools. Guests will enjoy an inspirational talk, hors d’oeuvres, a cash bar, sweet treats, and shopping. The event will take place at the Carriage House at Church Landing, and tickets are $20 per person. The full price of each ticket will be credited back towards Sprayology, Lotuswei Essential Oils, Perfumes & Elixirs, and Wei of Wellness Chocolate retail purchases at the event.

On Thursday, October 30th from 10 am – 5 pm, Spend the Day with Moroccanoil and Steven Turpin, the company’s International Educator. Turpin will share Moroccanoil product news and secrets for beautiful, healthy, natural-looking hair. At the event, guests can reserve one or more of the following Moroccanoil services for $45: a Blowout with Shampoo and Mask Treatment, a Manicure, or a Pedicure. $25 of the service fee will be credited towards Moroccanoil purchases at the event. Guests who spend $50 or more on Moroccanoil products will also receive a free gift.

“It always excites me to launch new services and products,” said Zyla. “It allows me to bring Cascade Spa to a new level of commitment of quality for our clients.”
